I have always been involved with animals, be it dogs, cats, horses, fish.. even rats!

After adopting Riley my American Pit Bull Terrier in 2008, I became aware of just how many dogs (especially pit bulls and other bully breeds) needed homes and felt like I had to do something. Along with working to educate the public on these wonderful dogs, I began volunteering for PAWS in 2009 and feel honored to be part of such a wonderful organization.

I graduated college in 2008 with a degree in photography and love putting my photography skills to work with PAWS. It is so heartwarming to help these dogs with incredible stories find loving, wonderful homes and being involved with this group has been such a rewarding experience in so many ways.
